Brown bears of Finland

I arrived in Finland on the 7 July for a four day trip to photograph brown bears.   

Using four different hides which were located close to the Russian/Finnish border, I was rewarded with many sightings.  I watched mother bears encouraging their cubs to climb trees to avoid danger, older male bears sparring with each other and bear families ambling and wandering through the cotton grass meadows.

This trip was an amazing wildlife experience I will always remember.
